ImageHow can I top up my phone account balance?

1. Click on the Account Balance and you will be taken to an Account Top-up log in page in a browser window.
2. Enter your username and password (the same ones as those used to access the ExpatMessenger software) and click Login.
3. Fill in the payment details (Visa or Master Card) and select the Top-up amount. Your address will be retrieved from your account details. If this is not the address that your credit card is registered to please edit the fields and provide the correct information.
4. When you have provided all the details hit Submit and wait for your card to be processed.
5. Your new balance will be displayed at the bottom of the ExpatMessenger window next to Account Balance


How can I pay for the top up amount?
You currently can pay for the top up amount using the following cards:

Image MasterCard
Image Solo
Image Switch
Image VISA

What currency will my account be in?
When you register for ExpatMessenger you select the currency you want to use. Currently you have a choice of USD, GBP or EURO.

How much will I be charged for phone calls?
It doesn’t matter where you are based the call rate is based on the destination you are calling. Our rates can be viewed at ExpatMessenger. Please note, you will be billed the amount for the currency you selected when you registered with ExpatMessenger.
Billing is by the minute so if a call is 11 minutes and 43 seconds you will be billed for 12 minutes to that destination.
