Is it difficult to install?

Technical features
ExpatMessenger Hello consists of a small Active X component which is downloaded by the user the first time they click on the button. This then enables a call to be placed to the web site by a single click. The call is end-to-end encrypted using standard 128bit SSL. Hello provides an inbuilt audio test/set up system as well as a number of checks to provide additional information if the call can’t be connected – for example because the firewall needs to be set to allow voice traffic.
