Where are my passwords stored?
Passwords are stored on the ExpatMessenger servers and are encrypted for your security. If you forget your password please contact This email address is being protected from spam bots, you need Javascript enabled to view it . A new password will be issued and emailed to the email address you used when you first registered with ExpatMessenger.

How can I change my password?
Go to Profiles at the top left, then Personal Profile and Change Password you will have to supply your current password and type in your new one twice, then click the "Change Password" button.

How do you bill me for ExpatMessenger?
Billing is quarterly by credit card. An email will be sent to you with your billing information.

How do I cancel ExpatMessenger?
If you wish to cancel your account with ExpatMessenger simply contact This email address is being protected from spam bots, you need Javascript enabled to view it and advise us of your username and the reason you wish to cancel and we will close your account.

You can remove ExpatMessenger at any time from your computer by going to Add / Remove programs in Control Panel.

What is your policy on upgrades?
ExpatMessenger will make upgrades freely available to you and will advise you by email when an upgrade is required. ExpatMessenger recommends that upgrades are installed to ensure the improvements and additional functionality are available.

How many contacts can I have in my Online Monitor and Contact list at once?
At the moment you are limited to 100 contacts in your Online Monitor. There is no limit to your Contact list address books.

How do I search for contacts in ExpatMessenger?
If you go to the Find tab and Search, you can search for contacts to call and to add to your address book.

What if my contacts have not joined ExpatMessenger?
You can simply enter their email address at the application window bottom left corner’s “[Enter Email to Call Now]” field. An automatic invite email will be generated from your email client which you can send to your contact.

If my ExpatMessenger contacts are not online, can I leave messages for them?
Yes, you can leave messages in the form of text, vioce or video. Once your contacts get online, they can retrieve and then respond to you.

What is FollowMe?
FollowMe! is a unique service which allows On Net calls to be re-directed to mobile or fixed telephone lines.
